This is what you do in our team:

Do you want to drive projects forward and actively contribute your ideas in addition to the traditional accounting? We currently have these projects in the finance area and we are looking forward to your active support:

Upcoming projects:
Expansion into new markets. We are not only growing internationally, but globally
Automation is the future, also in accounting 
We are fighting against the paper jungle: We are becoming a paperless office

Daily Work: 
  • Independent and self-responsible support of several companies
  • Checking, accounting and booking of all business transactions of the companies
  • Responsible for all payment transactions and liquidity planning
  • Monitoring receivables and payables 
  • Carrying out account reconciliations and clarifications
  • Preparation of sales tax reports
  • Close cooperation with Controlling
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Contact person for tax advisors
  • Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements

This is what you are good at:

  • Completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in financial accounting, preferably with further training as a financial or balance sheet accountant
  • Very good knowledge of common accounting systems for SMEs
  • Interest in change processes and willingness to participate in them
  • Natural handling of the usual Office programmes
  • Good knowledge of commercial and tax law, especially VAT law
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Committed, independent and responsible way of working
  • Team spirit and appreciative communication
  •  A plus, not a must: initial experience in the online industry or in auditing
